My Personal Top 10 Favorite Albums of All Time.

This intro is going to be short and simple, if you dont like my picks....FUCK YOU....ALSO no EPs

10. Suck Fony by Wheatus
Wheatus is one of those unique pop acts that have managed to keep every album they release feeling fresh. I first heard of Wheatus through the song Teenage Dirtbag, didnt take a major interest until @MC_LARS on twitter linked Wheatus' free or donate EP Pop Songs and Death Vol. 1, after hearing PS&D I listened to Suck Fony and Too Soon Monsoon. I was suprised about how awesome the music was, specifically the songs Lemonade, American In Amsterdam, and The Song That I Wrote When You Dissed Me all 3 off of Suck Fony.

9. Cage the Elephant by Cage the Elephant
I review this album, its just an amazing CD, I listened to it over and over again for a month straight, need I say more then, just buy this one.

8. Take Off Your Pants and Jacket by Blink 182
Blink 182 at their best, this album has serious themes and it has funny themes, it keeps all that is blink 182 alive before the god awful self title. Pop Punk, good drums, and good bass work. Not to mention the 3 bonus songs, one involving sex with your own grandpa, you freaks.

7. Pressure Chief by CAKE
CAKE is another band that has a deep connection to me, after hearing the songs Frank Sinatra and Cool Blue Reason this band was stuck in my head for MONTHS, well I eventually couldn't take it any more and got all their CDs, but Pressure Chief struck a nerve with me, I totally vibed with its environmental, ideologies, and its emotional ones, so much so I want the song Palm of Your Hand played at my funeral.

6. This Gigantic Robot Kills by Mc Lars
Between a rap song about Hamlet, and great lyricism there is a reason why MC Lars is the only rapper on my top 10, HE HAS EARNED IT.

5. The Battle of Los Angeles by Rage Against the Machine
Rage Against the Machine was the band that made political metal cool again. By combining elements of rap metal, spoken word, and political rock; RATM was, is and continues to be an amazing band. The Battle of Los Angeles has no one track I could suggest, just listen to it, you will see the epicness.

4. Pinkerton by Weezer
The most underated album of all time, one of the most amazingly written albums all time, BUY THIS NOW...well after you finish reading my blog, and commenting.

3. Warning by Green Day
I cant help but love this CD, Ive listened to it hundreds of times, and it remains my favorite for its mixing of genres and blending of styles, sure it only went gold, and sure its not punk rock, but I don't care. Good song writing and excellent songs keep this in my listen pile even today.

2. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by Smashing Pumpkins
Billy Corgan has a huge, ego, and I'd hate to feed it but in this case I have to. I love this 2 CD album. I personally believe this to be one of the greatest examples of amazing song writing and artistry coming together with talent, and this is definately an experience to behold. My favorite tracks on this one would have to be Zero, Bullet With Butterfly Wings, and 1979.

1. Doolittle by Pixies
This album would be number one on my inspirational list as well. This album has influenced; Nirvana, Weezer, Everclear, and White Stripes. Why is this album so influential, because it is that good. I could listen to it over and over and over again, not getting bored, and finding new meanings in the songs each time. Frank Black is one of the best song writers of all time, and Pixies, are one of my favorite bands in the whole world.Favorite tracks here are...THE WHOLE ALBUM.
